Flat on one side and domed on the other, the unstable nature of the BOSU makes it an ideal tool for establishing and reinforcing balance, stability and proprioception while you gain core strength. The unique design of the BOSU Trainer allows STOTT PILATES exercises to be done in supine, prone, sitting, kneeling, lunging and standing positions
