Q.  Why should I come to Pilates South Beach?
A. Pilates South Beach is a complete Pilates studio, having all of the Pilates equipment. We are one of the largest studios in Miami and the only STOTT PILATES studio in the Greater Miami area. Our instructors are fully trained, enthusiastic and knowledgeable in Pilates as well as post-rehabilitation exercise. We offer a full range of options for Pilates training from private sessions to small group. Whether as a client or a certification student, rest assured that our method is safe and reliable, as it has been approved by the Florida Physical Therapy Association for continuing education for Phyical Therapists.
